Ashtanga Vinayasa is a set sequence of asanas. Ashtanga begins and ends with the class chanting Sanskrit mantras. This yoga practice requires previous yoga practice of 3 months minimum. The class concentrates on the primary series, which is the first of 6. You will need to be in good health and have a solid yoga foundation. Modifications are given in class to listen to your body and take the practice within your limits. This is a great way to advance your practice and love of yoga.
