Whether you are seeking to improve your pelvic floor health or simply want to move and feel better, this course is designed for you! This is the course that I wish I had when I was facing a prolapse diagnosis.

"I've attended the Otterbourne Yoga festival hosted by Lucy and Pete and it was such a fabulous day. They are such a lovely and friendly teachers, I felt really comfortable and cared for. Loved all various types of yoga to try on and they did it all to raise money for charity which made me appreciate this event even more. Thank you and I will definitely be around for your classes and other events!"

Our Story
The tale of Lucy and Pete Dewbury is one of resilience, discovery, and transformation. Married for 24 years with four children - Holly, Chloe, Roo, and Eloise - their journey into the world of yoga has been nothing short of remarkable. Lucy's introduction to yoga came in 2002, following the birth of her daughter Holly. Initially seeking to shed the baby weight, she soon realised that yoga offered much more than just physical benefits. In a period of life filled with stress and sleepless nights, yoga became her refuge, providing a sense of grounding and calm. Having suffered a fractured pelvis in a riding accident in 1998 and diagnosed with degenerative disc issues in 2004 after Chloe's birth, Lucy embarked on a quest to find tools that could aid her recovery and restore harmony to her body.
Pete's own yoga journey began after a debilitating back injury, a result of his work as a full-time gardener. Initially skeptical, he eventually yielded to Lucy's insistence that yoga was not just for women. Since then, Pete has embraced all aspects of the practice, finding solace in its challenging physicality and delving deep into its rich traditions and philosophies.
Together, the Dewbury's boast over 5000 teaching hours and more than 1500 hours of teacher trainings, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of yoga from every angle. Their story is a testament to the transformative power of yoga and the endless possibilities it offers for healing and growth.
