Classes are at Spirit Health Club Eastleigh non-members are welcome. Pilates can improve posture, balance and joint mobility, also relieves stress and tension. Some of the key areas that Pilates works are core and pelvic floor. These are the muscles we use to support a strong, supple back and good posture, which can be affected by modern day living. Classes are not all about strength and core, we always make time to learn optimum breathing, understanding the relationship the breath has with our nervous system. Ending with relaxation, myofascia release to help the body release tension or soft yin poses for calming the body.
